1. Everyone that's going should first register with Derek Cooper. The information he needs is,
a) Name. b) Contact Number. c) Email address. d) Club or Solo. e) Rider/Pillion.
If a Club representative is submitting all their members details, Derek would also like their name, Club and contact number.
Also Derek or Mark Young will require 20 pounds per entrant no later than 4 weeks before the event. Cheques as always please made payable to the Yorkshire Scooter Alliance.
2). Once Derek has recieved your registration details, he will then send the Ferry booking procedure form and Ferry Booking form that Marc Taylor, our booking agent has sent me, to you, by email.
3). The Ferry booking form must then be sent by you to Marc Taylor by his new email address. Details on the booking procedure form.
4). He will then contact you via email with a Reference Number and a P&O Telephone number.
5). Its then up to you to ring up P&O Ferries, qoute the Reference number and make your payment.
Simple as that.

Based on 4 people ALL with Scooters sharing a cabin
Cabin £ 108.00 each way
£216.00 both ways
Scooter + Rider £ 10.50 each way x 4 x 2
£ 84.00
Total £300.00
Cost per man = £ 75.00 each
Based on 2 Riders and 2 Pillions sharing a cabin
Cabin as above £206.00 both ways
Scooter = Rider £ 10.50 each way x 2 x 2
£ 42.00
Pillion £ 3.00 x 2 x 2
£ 12.00
Total £270.00
Cost per man £ 67.50
